Meet Stefania Shevchenko – a new legendary pilot in Mech Arena!

We first started working on a Ukrainian character back in 2021. Inspired by the courage of the Ukrainian people, we managed to release Stefania earlier than planned. The character’s design combines spaceflight and Ukrainian culture.

The national clothing elements (an embroidered shirt with puffy sleeves and red boots) go really well with a spacesuit – a necessity for any astronaut. Her hair is plaited into two long braids, a style that is very classically Ukrainian.

The headphone design resembles a flower wreath – a powerful charm in Ukraine. And last but certainly not least, Stefania’s joystick for piloting Mechs is styled to look like a trident, the national emblem of Ukraine.
